Germanwings crash: Airplane obliterated, 150 presumed dead

(CNN)"An image of terror."

That is how German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier described the site where a Germanwings Airbus A320 airplane crashed on Tuesday in the French Alps.

"The despair of the families and loved ones is immeasurable," Steinmeier said, after flying on the region in the Alps in southeastern France. "We must stand together. We're all unified in great sadness."
